Noerr advises Volkswagen Financial Services on cross-border group reorganisation

With a team led by partners Ralph Schilha, Patrick Mückl and Felix Blobel, Noerr has advised Volkswagen Financial Services as lead counsel on a complex cross-border group reorganisation.

As part of two cross-border reorganisations, an Italian subsidiary was merged with Volkswagen Leasing GmbH and an Irish subsidiary with Volkswagen Financial Services AG.

The advice included structuring, preparing and supporting the implementation of corporate law measures as well as advice on employment issues.

Volkswagen Financial Services AG, a wholly owned subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, manages the European financial and mobility services business for the Volkswagen Group brands as part of Volkswagen Group Mobility.
