Noerr advises DEMIRE on sale of LogPark Leipzig to HIH Invest Real Estate
A Noerr team led by Tim Behrens and Christoph Brenzinger has advised DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG on the sale of the LogPark logistics property in Leipzig to the Hamburg-based HIH Invest Real Estate. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
DEMIRE AG has developed the LogPark, which it acquired in 2015, into a highly diversified logistics centre over the past few years. The former Quelle mail-order centre has a rental area of around 160,000m². The main tenants are Amazon, Momox and the international event organiser Neumann & Müller.
Noerr already advised DEMIRE AG on several previous occasions. The company, based in Langen in the federal state of Hesse, acquires and holds commercial properties in medium-sized cities and up-and-coming peripheral locations in metropolitan areas throughout Germany. It currently has a portfolio of around 60 properties with leasable space of approximately 860,000m².
