Noerr advises IBM on acquisition of the webMethods and StreamSets businesses from Software AG

With a team led by Julian Lemor and Florian Sippel, Noerr has advised IBM on the acquisition of the StreamSets and webMethods businesses from Software AG for EUR 2.13 billion in cash.

StreamSets is a cloud-native DataOps and data ingestion platform while webMethods is an integration and API management platform.

The consummation of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
