With a team led by Moritz Koch, Eckhart Schleifenbaum and Mansur Pour Rafsendjani Noerr has advised TotalEnergies on the acquisition of NASH Renewables GmbH with head offices in Hamburg. Total Energies is taking over Nash Renewables via its wholly owned subsidiary TotalEnergies Renewables Deutschland GmbH.
The software platform developed by NASH Renewables will optimize TotalEnergies renewable projects. NASH Renewables is an artificial intelligence software company developing digital solutions that evaluate renewable projects across multiple technologies like wind, solar, or hybrids.
