A Noerr team led by Dorothee Prosteder and Dominik Rompza has advised the global private equity investor AURELIUS on the acquisition of the glass manufacturer WECK. AURELIUS is acquiring the business operations of Weck Glaswerk GmbH and J. Weck GmbH u. Co. KG as well as their trade marks.

WECK is known for its manufacture of household preserving jars. At its Wehr-Öflingen location in Baden-Württemberg, it also manufactures other glass products, mainly for the food industry.

AURELIUS regularly relies on legal advice from Noerr. Most recently a team led by Marlies Raschke and Dominik Rompza assisted it during its acquisition of the internationally active dental trading companies dental bauer and Pluradent.
