We would be very pleased to welcome you to our twelfth Noerr Competition Day on 21 February 2025. At this year’s event, we will be mainly focusing on the following topics:

  • antitrust and competition enforcement and defence strategies;
  • the new European Commission guidelines on the abuse of market power; and
  • antitrust and competition issues in employment law.

You can find the full agenda here.* You can expect talks on these key topics by renowned representatives from government and business as well as accounts of hands-on experience from international practice. We are looking forward to taking part in lively discussions with you, including during various workshops in the morning and afternoon on a variety of current antitrust and competition topics, ranging from AI & competition and reports of first-hand experience of application of the DMA to trade and industrial policy issues in times of geopolitical challenges.

Please join us for a fascinating day centred around recent developments in German, European and international antitrust and competition law.
