Noerr advises BayWa AG on sponsoring agreement with FC Bayern Basketball

With a team headed by its Munich-based partner and sports law expert Alexander Liegl, Noerr has advised its long-standing client BayWa AG on the conclusion of a new contract as main sponsor and jersey sponsor with FC Bayern Basketball.

The international trading and service company headquartered in Munich has thus extended its contract at short notice for a further season. The two partners are now entering the tenth year of their close cooperation, which has been in place since 2011.

In addition, it has been agreed that BayWa AG will support FC Bayern Basketball after the end of the 2021 season with a different form of cooperation, the details of which will be worked out in the months ahead.

The support provided by Noerr to BayWa in this matter included contract drafting and coordination with the contracting parties.
