Alexander Liegl advises listed companies, financial investors and family companies on M&A and capital markets transactions, reorganising and restructuring companies and corporate investments. He also advises on estate and succession planning matters, especially in the fields of business succession, foundations, trusts and in connection with art collections. Other key practice areas include media and sponsorship. Alexander is a member of several supervisory boards and the director of a family trust.
