Noerr supports die Bayerische insurance group in the takeover of the financial services provider compexx

The law firm Noerr advised die Bayerische insurance group on the takeover of the majority in compexx Finanz AG. A team led by partner Dr. Michael Brellochs (corporate) and Dr. Thomas Heitzer (insurance regulatory law) acted.

The sellers are Aragon AG (Wiesbaden), from which die Bayerische takes over 57.4% of the shares, and the compexx management. The insurance group now holds 75% of the shares in the financial services provider from Regensburg, which has approx. 50,000 customers nationwide.
