Florian Traub

Florian Traub is an auditor in our Munich office and a member of the Tax Practice Group at Noerr. His main area of responsibility is the preparation and audit of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS and support in corporate transactions (financial due diligence). In addition to providing ongoing business and tax advice, he also supports our clients in special accounting issues. Furthermore, Florian Traub has experience in conducting special audits and providing other assurance services. Mr Traub is also a lecturer in auditing and national and international accounting at the DHBW Villingen-Schwenningen. He has an additional qualification as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
