Simon Staimer is an associate based in Munich and advises domestic and foreign clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law as well as European state aid law. He studied at the University of Regensburg and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg. During his legal clerkship, he gained experience at an international law firm in Munich and London.
