Sebastian Seier advises companies, shareholders and board members on all aspects of corporate and group law as well as on corporate governance. One focus of his practice is advising family businesses on organizational changes in connection with M&A transactions, restructurings, joint ventures and succession planning. In addition, he is regularly involved in capital market transactions and advises on capital market compliance.
