Armin Kühne

Armin Kuehne is an expert in intellectual property litigation based in Noerr’s Munich office. He advises clients in the fields of electronics, telecommunication, engineering and pharmaceuticals. Armin specialises in patent infringement proceedings, licensing disputes, and complex technology-related disputes. Armin has extensive experience in the telecommunications and automotive sectors and advises clients in defending against infringement claims, enforcing industrial property rights, and protecting trade secrets. Armin also structures, negotiates and implements complex licensing agreements, technology transfers, research and development agreements, joint ventures, strategic alliances and portfolio acquisitions across market sectors, regions and industries.
