Linh Hoang

Linh Hoang is a lawyer in our Frankfurt office. She works primarily in corporate and acquisition finance and advises finance institutions, investors and companies on complex national and international transactions. She assists German and international clients in the development of the financing structure and in the drafting and negotiation of the financing and security documentation.
