Tülay Biecker

Tülay Biecker is a partner in our Munich office and a member of the Employment & Pensions and Compliance & Investigations practice groups. Tülay advises national and international companies on all employment law matters, especially in the context of litigation. One key focus of her work is on all issues relating to compliance in employment law and the deployment of external staff. Tülay is a leading member of our competence team advising on the deployment of external staff with many years of experience in this area. Her advice often involves handling difficult delimitation issues and she frequently conducts negotiations with the German Pension Insurance Association and the customs authorities.
