Noerr advises Summit Partners on IK Partners’ investment in Cinerius Financial Partners
A Noerr team led by our partner Natalie Daghles has advised Summit Partners on IK Partners’ investment in the independent wealth management platform Cinerius Financial Partners. Summit Partners and the Cinerius management team will remain significantly invested.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Switzerland, Cinerius is a leading platform that unites independent wealth managers in the German-speaking European regions. With IK joining as a majority shareholder, Cinerius aims to solidify its position as a leading wealth management platform by pursuing organic growth initiatives, investing in its people and technology and growing its group of partner businesses through a dedicated M&A strategy.
Already in 2021, a Noerr team led by Natalie Daghles acted as advisors to Summit Partners on its investment in Cinerius Financial Partners. Summit Partners is a global alternative investment firm that is currently managing more than $36 billion in capital.
