Noerr advises StoneX Group Inc. on prime office lease in Kraków

Noerr has advised StoneX Group Inc.’s on a lease for 3,700 square metres of premium office space at Mogilska 35 Office, owned by real Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG. Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG, based in Vienna and listed on the stock exchanges in Vienna and Warsaw, celebrated the opening of its third office building in Kraków, the Mogilska 35 Offices, on 24 November 2023. This class A office building, with 11,900 square metres of net usable space, is located in the immediate vicinity of the city centre and offers flexible co-working options. Designed by the locally based architectural firm OP Architekten, Mogilska 35 received BREEAM certification at the level “Excellent”. The agreement regarding the lease reaffirms Warimpex’s mission to provide premier office solutions tailored to the evolving needs of modern businesses, further solidifying its position on the Kraków office market.
