Noerr advises Schwarz Group companies on sale of G2K shares to ServiceNow

A team from Noerr led by Maurice Séché has advised the Schwarz Group companies on the sale of shares in G2K (Munich), a software company specialising in artificial intelligence, to NYSE-listed ServiceNow, Inc.

Using G2K’s technology, retailers can analyse data collected from various sources and take action based on the insights gained. G2K helps companies to plan stocks according to demand and improve the customer experience on site. The technology also helps to resolve maintenance and other technical issues and increase staff productivity.
