SD Worx, a leading European provider of end-to-end HR solutions for about 90,000 small, mid-size and large organisations across Europe, is acquiring 100% of the shares in TribePerk sp. z o.o., an innovative Polish online platform designed to support SME owners in the field of HR. Through this acquisition, SD Worx is expanding its go-to-market to Polish SMEs and strengthening its position on the Polish market, where it already serves mid-market businesses and where it is the local market leader in SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
