Noerr advises Savills Investment Management on sale of retail park “Planetencenter”

A Noerr team led by Manuel Lomb has advised Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) on the sale to Union Investment of the retail park “Planetencenter” in Garbsen near Hannover.

The retail park consists of two buildings and has total rental space of around 16,700 m² spread over 38 units. The Center is geared towards local supply; around half of the rental income is attributable to the three anchor tenants Edeka, Aldi and Rossmann. The commercial property had been in the portfolio of one of Savills IM’s managed funds since 2015.

Noerr advised Savills IM on all aspects related to real estate law.
