Noerr advises Omnicom on acquisition of agency group OSK
With a team led by Dusseldorf-based partner Martin Neuhaus, Noerr has advised NYSE-listed Omnicom Group on its acquisition of German agency OSK Oliver Schrott Kommunikation.
With more than 5,000 clients in over 70 countries, Omnicom is a global leader in corporate communications/public relations, advertising and marketing.
Headquartered in Cologne, OSK Oliver Schrott Kommunikation is one of the largest public relations and communications agencies in Germany and a long-standing partner of Daimler in the field of PR. OSK currently employs around 225 people. Like the acquisition of the antoni Group, the acquisition of OSK also serves Omnicom’s goal of creating a new, fully integrated, global agency unit under the name “Team X”.
Noerr has advised Omnicom on all legal and tax issues with a team from several practice groups and offices.
