Noerr advises Latour on sale of majority stake in Neuffer Fenster + Türen

Led by Dr Holger Alfes, our law firm has advised Swedish Latour-Gruppen AB, a subsidiary of the Swedish company Investment AB Latour, on the sale of its shares in Neuffer Fenster + Türen GmbH to IFN-Holding AG.

Latour-Gruppen AB is a subsidiary of the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm Large Cap-listed investment company Investment AB Latour, which holds interests in a number of industrial companies in Europe through various investment companies. Latour-Gruppen AB had acquired its stake in Neuffer in 2015. 

Neuffer, headquartered in Stuttgart, specialises in the online sale, development and installation of windows and doors through its established e-commerce platforms. The new majority owner, Austrian IFN-Holding AG, is a leading European group for complete window solutions.

The consummation of the transaction is subject to the usual closing conditions.
