Noerr advises KATHREIN on sale of former plant IV in Thansau near Rosenheim

Noerr has advised KATHREIN with a team led by Christoph Brenzinger, Manuel Lomb and Enno Stange on the sale of its former “Plant IV”. The buyer of the property, which is located near Rosenheim in Bavaria, is TGW Logistics Group.

The light industrial property has around 17,000 square metres of usable space and was temporarily used by Ericsson as a tenant after taking over KATHREIN’s mobile radio antenna business. As part of the structured sales process, the buyer also acquired a neighbouring extension property from KATHREIN.

This transaction marks the conclusion of the successful sales process of the five properties in the KATHREIN real estate portfolio located in Germany. Noerr provided legal support for all of these transactions and, as international lead counsel, is also advising KATHREIN on the sale of its business properties located outside Germany. The business properties in France and Mexico have already been successfully sold. With a team led by Christian Pleister and Holger Ebersberger, Noerr previously advised KATHREIN on the sale of its mobile radio antenna business to Ericsson.
