Noerr advises HTB Hanseatische Fondshaus on sale of a retail building in Lower Saxony

Under the leadership of our Frankfurt partners Alexander Jänecke and Christoph Hons, our firm has advised HTB Hanseatische Fondshaus GmbH on its sale of a retail building located in Wendeburg, Lower Saxony. The purchaser is the GRR Group.

The “green building” built by the hypermarket chain REWE in 2017 on around 8,000 m² of land has been certified “gold” according to the German Sustainability Building Council’s sustainability standards. The 2,000 m² building is leased to REWE with a long-term lease.
