Noerr advises financial investor Axcel on takeover of emagine group by ProData Consult

Noerr advised Danish private equity investor Axcel on the acquisition of the emagine Group by Axcel’s portfolio company ProData Consult. The Noerr team led by Tibor Fedke and Benedikt Vogt handled the transaction, which was successfully closed in early December, together with Danish partner law firm Plesner. Noerr’s Berlin-based partner Tibor Fedke regularly advises on Axcel transactions.

ProData Consult is Northern Europe’s leading business and IT consultancy, with offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany and Poland. The company’s turnover in 2020 was around EUR 200 million. Its target, the emagine Group, is a consulting firm specialised in supporting technology projects. In 2020, Paris-headquartered emagine Group achieved a turnover of EUR 150 million with 14 locations in Europe and India.
