Noerr advises DIC Asset AG on buying commercial property in Düsseldorf

Under the leadership of partner Alexander Jänecke, our firm has advised the SDAX-listed company DIC Asset AG on acquiring a real estate project at Warnheimer Str. 74 to 74b in Düsseldorf for a newly established special infrastructure fund.

The commercial property is a complex of new offices with 12,600 square metres of space, due to be completed in 2023. The German Federal Agency for Real Estate has leased all space in the building for the Central Customs Office. The lease was signed in August 2021.

The property is located near Düsseldorf Airport and has gold pre-certification from the German Sustainable Building Association.
