JUVE nominates Noerr as “Law Firm of the Year for M&A”
Renowned legal publisher JUVE has nominated Noerr as “Law Firm of the Year for M&A” for this year’s JUVE Awards. The awards will be presented in Frankfurt at the end of October.
“The nomination underlines our excellent team performance in handling international M&A transactions,” emphasised Natalie Daghles, who heads Noerr’s M&A practice jointly with Alexander Hirsch. “A large number of high-calibre transactions experts have joined Noerr over the last few years. This underlines the attractiveness of our M&A practice,” Alexander Hirsch added.
Noerr advises both German and international corporations on M&A matters, including DAX companies and leading private equity investors.
The JUVE Awards are regarded as the most significant accolades in the German legal market. In the past two years, JUVE awarded Noerr the titles of “Law Firm of the Year” and “Law Firm of the Year for Corporate” (2021) and then “Law Firm of the Year for Real Estate & Construction” and “Law Firm of the Year for Succession/Wealth/Foundations” (2022). This year, JUVE already awarded Noerr the title of “Law Firm of the Year for Transactional Taxes”. At an international level, Noerr was designated “Law Firm of the Year: Germany” by legal magazine The Lawyer in 2022.
