Noerr advises Garbe on acquisition of 10-hectare commercial property

A Noerr team led by Frankfurt-based real estate partner Tim Behrens advised Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH on the acquisition of a 10-hectare commercial property in Kabelsketal in Saxony-Anhalt. The seller is an institutional investor.

The plan is to construct a logistics facility with a total area of around 60,300m² on the property, which is ready for development and is located just a few miles from Leipzig/Halle airport. Garbe Industrial Real Estate is investing some €76 million in the project. The logistics facility is due to be completed by the end of 2024.
