Noerr advises AEW on property purchase in Berlin

A Noerr team led by Manuel Lomb has advised the international investment and asset manager AEW on the purchase of a commercial property in Berlin.

The retail and office building with 2,145m² of rental space is situated in the Steglitz district of Berlin and is fully let. The main tenant is the drugstore chain Rossmann. The purchaser AEW is one of the world’s leading real estate asset managers. Its current real estate assets under management are worth €84.3 billion.
