Noerr advises AllPure Group on joint venture and market entry in the supplements business

A Noerr team led by Tobias Bürgers, Sebastian Leidel and Markus Braun extensively advised the AllPure Group as majority shareholder on the establishment of a joint venture and its market entry in the supplements business.

In the future, high-quality nutrition supplements and sports food will be produced and distributed under the brand name fayn. Joint venture partner and responsible for product development and design is Rene Büssow, former CEO of leading supplements provider The Quality Group. The products will initially be distributed exclusively online, with distribution starting immediately.
