Noerr wins the iurratio award as “Best employer nationwide for legal professionals starting their careers”
Noerr has been named “Best employer nationwide for legal professionals starting their careers” by the legal training platform iurratio at the 2025 iurratio awards.
“This award underscores the way we position ourselves in the market: We provide a space for people who want to achieve great things together with us, allowing them to contribute their ideas and drive innovation,” says Ulrike Lehbrink, Chief HR Officer at Noerr. She adds: “In return, we offer high-profile projects that are often featured in the media, opportunities to work in an international network ‒ often through our own foreign offices ‒ and an extensive training and development programme that supports career growth at every stage. We also champion modern leadership and the flexibility of New Work. Our innovative and supportive working environment, along with our commitment to employee well-being and development, are reflected in this award.” Our law firm offers a range of diverse programmes and initiatives, such as the “Rise” training programme, the “Thrive” mental health initiative, a commitment to legal tech, the “Her Success” mentoring programme and support for diversity and family.
The award is based on Noerr’s position in the iurratio rankings and votes from a survey of high-potential individuals. Once again this year, around 2,000 young lawyers, research assistants and law students cast their votes to identify the most attractive employers for legal traineeships and career entry (including changing employer). They also highlighted the key factors that influence their choice when selecting an employer.
