Noerr advises emagine on acquisition of Allgeier Experts

Noerr has advised emagine together with Danish law firm Plesner on the acquisition of Allgeier Experts. The Noerr team was led by Till Kosche and Evelin Moini.

As part of the transaction, emagine is acquiring all shares in Allgeier Experts Holding GmbH as well as its four German subsidiaries from the listed company Allgeier SE. This will enable emagine to significantly expand its market position in Germany. emagine is a portfolio company of Nordic private-equity sponsor Axcel. A Noerr team led by Tibor Fedke advised Axcel on its acquisition of emagine in 2021.
