Noerr advises CA Immo on sale of ZigZag office building

A team from Noerr led by Frankfurt partner Alexander Jänecke has advised CA Immo Deutschland on selling its ZigZag office building in Mainz.

CA Immo completed the six-storey ZigZag office building located on the northern edge of Mainz’s “Zollhafen” harbour basin in 2021. The building comprises around 4,600 square metres of rental space and is almost fully let.

The sale continues CA Immo’s strategy of disposing of properties outside its core markets and focusing its portfolio on high-quality office buildings in the central locations of major cities in Germany, Austria as well as Central and Eastern Europe.
